My Unique 3-Stage Approach
STAGE 01
PRE-CLEANSE
The 2-day pre-cleanse helps ease your body into the reset while minimizing detox symptoms. During this phase, you'll enjoy three full meals a day, plus snacks as needed—ideally chosen from the recipe guide. This is also the time to start phasing out sugar, gluten, dairy, and alcohol while reducing coffee.
STAGE 02
CLEANSE (7 DAYS)
During the cleanse, you'll fully eliminate certain 'avoid' foods and use the program’s cleansing tools to support a deeper, more effective reset.
STAGE 03
POST-CLEANSE (2 DAYS)
The Post-Cleanse, or re-entry phase, helps you transition out of the deeper cleanse while setting the stage for long-term healthy habits that worked well for you.
FAQ
Will I be starving on this program? Nope! This is not a calorie-restricted program, nor is it portion-restricted. The recipes are satisfying and filling and you can always choose from one of the delicious snack recipes if you are hungry between meals.
Can I participate if I’m pregnant or nursing? Generally speaking, this cleanse is safe for most everyone. That said, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any medical concerns beyond this, you should always consult your medical health care professional before starting this or any new eating or health program. This program does not provide medical advice nor is not a substitute for professional medical care.
Is this a vegetarian cleanse? This program accommodates both vegetarians and omnivores. In the program materials, you will find daily options for vegetarian meals as well as those that incorporate clean, animal-based proteins.
Will this program help me lose weight? While weight loss isn’t the sole focus of this cleanse, it often does occur. Excess weight is often caused by eating foods that are not compatible for our body, as well as from the over-consumption of foods that lack the nutrients to truly nourish and satisfy us. During this program, you’ll be enjoying nutrient-dense foods that promote balance, satiety, and proper digestive function – all of which are key to a healthy weight.
Are the recipes hard to make? No! The whole-foods personal chef who created these recipes also has experience in teaching kitchen beginners the basics of cooking. The recipes, while incredibly delicious, are simple and easy to follow.
Can I still exercise during this cleanse? Yes, and you are encouraged to do so! Exercise supports the detoxification process and helps to provide energy.
